How do I apply?
We will ask you to complete a Mauve Form to help explain your income (earnings) and your expenses (outgoings) in order for us to understand your situation.
Availability during Festive season
Over the festive season, our phone lines will be closed from 22 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 due to reduced staff availability.
We’ll still be open during this period, with a small team working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
